Phoenix, AZ electronic pop musician BBgail, stage name of Abigail Corinne, is sitting on the fence between the mainstream and left-field excursions on her debut EP what's the point???, a small batch of introspective songs people can dance to. Recording from the comfort of her own home allowed her to layer-upon-layer without worrying about the clock in a studio.
She is a searcher for the meaning of it all, who is she is and how another person might fit into her life. As a composer she does not have to worry about that. Corinne has found her niche, with infectious melodies sprinkled on top of pulsating soundscapes, a spot-on pairing of radio-friendly phrasing and "blink-and-you-miss-it" musical inventiveness.
