LET'S DANCE every First + Third Saturday at The Underfront Co. in Wilmington NC

Starting in 2026, we will begin hosting our LET'S DANCE Vinyl DJ Night twice a month at The Underfront Co. in Downtown Wilmington NC — the start, on the First Saturday of each month, and then again a second time on the Third Saturday monthly.  No need to worry about what date it is; simply look at the calendar to see if it is the 1st or 3rd Saturday of the month, and if it is — you can trust that we will see you on that dance floor at The Underfront Co. that night!

LET'S DANCE is a Vinyl DJ Night, hosted by Fort Lowell Records, featuring a variety of music — Pop, Disco, Boogie, Indie, Hip-Hop, R&B, Electronic, etc. — including the latest hits and spanning the past five decades. Dancing starts at 8:00pm and goes all night. A $5.00 cover charge will be collected at the door upon entry paid via Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, or CashApp.

Dancing starts at 8:00pm and goes all night. Tickets are available to buy in advance here; otherwise a $10.00 cover charge will be collected at the door upon entry paid via Cash, Credit Card, or Venmo.

Did you know that Fort Lowell Records has our very own DJ Dance Night here in Wilmington, North Carolina? Well, we do!  It's called Let's Dance, and we host it at various venues throughout the Port City, but mainly at The Opera Room or Satellite Bar & Lounge; spinning Indie, Alternative, and Underground music on vinyl record... and only vinyl, of course! 🤠

There are Instagram and Twitter accounts to follow where we post songs that we spin at Let's Dance to promote our dance nights.  In addition, there is a Spotify Playlist which compiles those same songs posted or social media into a playlist you can enjoy at home.  The best part is, our Let's Dance Spotify Playlist now exceeds 24-hours of total music, and we will keeping adding more music to the playlist as we continue to promote more events. 📻

Fort Lowell Records presents Let's Dance -- An Indie / Alterntive / Underground Vinyl DJ Night -- at The Opera Room in Wilmington NC, this coming Sunday, July 11th, starting at 8:00pm.  For this specific event, our good friends at Eccentric Pop Records -- who brought you Evening Shadow's debut album -- are going to takeover the turntables and kick-off the night by spinning some of their own favorite jams for the first hour.  Then, yours truly will jump back on the wheels-of-steel to shake up the dance floor, all while the fine folks from The Fuzzy Needle will be slinging drinks behind the bar and vinyl records for you to take home.
